We have new blog at The Indian National Interest. On Bombaat Bengluru, a consummate Bangalorean writes about Indian politics and current affairs from Bangalore. [Bombaat is a colloquial Kannada word that roughly translates to “superb”]

Nitin,
Is this some evil conspiracy of yours to be the unquestioned shogun of Indian blogdom π
Gaurav,
Far from it. A site that goes by the name of the Indian National Interest must comprise of a variety of voices that articulate it. No shoguns, and indeed, no unquestioned ones!
Nitin,
That was a joke, I was being tongue in cheek. No malice was intended.
Regards
Nitin:
I would also add “sakkath” in addition to “bombaat”… thats one other word that conveys “superb”..
Actually superb is IMHO a paler version of both “sakkath” & “bombaat”
Gaurav – No offence taken.
Huvishka – superb can’t even begin doing justice to such gems as “bombaat” and “sakkath”.
This is fast becoming a one stop shop for the Indian National Interest online. way to go Nitin π
Sakkath-aagide guru. π
I am leaving to Australia on Sat for a week of R&R. π
BB — not to be a quibbler, but your blog is near unreadable because of the black background.
