		<description>The jubilation is hard to fathom. Even Dawn editorials seems like the breathless Western media when Pakistan does something remotely civilized. It&#039;s old wine in old bottles - tired old wine at that. 
Whoever is PM is screwed - so it&#039;s definitely not going to be TenPercent or Sharif. Pakistan is staring at years of &quot;civilian&quot; rate of growth of 4% - especially with a Democrat in the White House. It&#039;s a matter of time before the economy completely derails and the Army saves the country ... again.

ps. Read somewhere that Kulsoom Nawaz election-promised that Mush would be replaced by Qadeer Khan. That&#039;s going to be _very_ interesting if it happens. Pass the popcorn please ...</description>
